What should I do if there is a venue in my area I cannot find on Wheres Our Food?

We are continually adding new venues to our roster. If there is a venue we are missing please refer it to us by visiting the Refer A Venue page so we can contact them as soon as possible. Adding new venues is based on their participation, so you may need to give us a little bit of time before you can start ordering from them.

Does it cost money to use WheresOurFood.com?

No and in fact it SAVES you time & money to use WheresOurDood.com. We charge the venues a small monthly fee, so customer ordering is free.

What happens when I create an account?

Once you have created your account you can read and write venue reviews, order your food online with ease and if you choose to you can stay updated on all of the upcoming WheresOurFood events and competitions.

How do i tell people about this site?

Ordering Online

How Does Ordering Work?

To order online all you need is an email address. Simple.

1. Type in your postcode code, click 'Find A Venue'.

2. Browse through the list of venues and click one that has the online ordering symbol next to it

3. Once you have selected a venue, click "Place An Order". Choose whether you would like to pick your food up or have it delivered.  Choose food categories from the menu. When you find an item you like, select "Add To Order" .

4. Once you have completed your order, click "Proceed To Check Out". Confirm your order and payment (If Applicable) and you are finished!

Your order will be sent immediately to the venue via fax. They will prepare your food and you will receive a confirmation email.

Can I order at any time?

No, you must wait until the restaurant is open to place an order. When you click a venue it has the opening and closing times for you to view. Once the restaurant is open you can also pre-order, meaning you can arrange to have the food delivered or made at a certain time I.e "Please deliver at 3pm".

How do I pay?

For deliveries, cash is accepted by all of our partnered restaurants. Check the restaurants details page to see specifically what forms of payment they accept online in case they do not deliver and you want to pay before you pick it up.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

WheresOurFood.com uses 128 bit SSL encryption, when transferring and receiving private consumer data on our site. Information can only be translated once by our secure servers to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information. For more details view our Security and Privacy Policy.
